A Licensed Vocational Nurse will function as a personal care provider to the client at home. He or she may also be assigned with health supervision and monitoring of the client’s health under the direction of a Registered Nurse or the client’s physician.
The Licensed Vocational Nurses of the Helping Hands Home Healthcare & Hospice team will be able to handle services such as:
- Ambulation Support
- Blood pressure and Vital Signs Monitoring
- Home Exercise Program
- Incontinent Care
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Management
- Mobility Assistance
- Oral Hygiene
- Simple Wound Care
- Skin Care
